that eating ice can destroy your teeth?

Yes Yes Yes. Eating and crunching on ice can cause microscopic cracks in your teeth which can lead to sensitivity and decay. Once these cracks get deep enough they can allow bacteria to enter the crack leading to the nerve of the tooth and you have another host of problems. Cracked teeth become weakened teeth, which can cause breakage. Eating anything that hard with regularity can cause the breakage and lead to expensive dental treatment down the road or even tooth loss.

It does wear down the teeth little by little. Once in a while isn't going to hurt, but if it's an everyday habit, then you'll end up w/ teeth that won't be able to grind down your food when you eat.

WELL, IT MAY CAUSE YOUR TEETH TO HAVE FRACTURES LEADING TO POSSBIBLE ROOT CANAL OR EXTRACTION. ALL IT TAKES IS BITING AT THE WRONG TIME AND THE WRONG PLACE.

Not if you on eat it occasionally and brush and/or use mouthwash afterward
