how did Foghorn Leghorn learn to speak?

its a cockeral....did the farmer teach it or was he related to a parrot

Sweetie......I am sorry to tell you this but (are you sitting down?).....Foghorn Leghorn was a cartoon. He wasn't a "real" rooster. Bugs Bunny talked too, so did Goofy, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Tom and Jerry, Brutus, etc.
