Haveing trouble getting my DD214

If you did not file it with the county clerk upon separation from Military, good luck, pretty much impossible. Start with the VA see what they suggest.

Not to worry....

There are ways to get it. The best is to go to some local Vets organization and get them to get it for you. They'll have the forms that you need, and will need to sign.

Also, go to the va website and look around there.

I just did. I searched for dd214 on the VA's site, so start here:

When everything else fails you can always write to your
Representative or Senator in Congress; they have staff members who can help you.

go to the nearest vfw and they will give the adress to get your 214
