hey am currently trainin 2 be a hairdresser and i would suggest using either a henna colour or a semi permanent or a wash in wash out colour or a quasi hair colour as all these colours are semi permanant they do not contain para dyes or ammonia which is included in permanent hair colours x

I have used something called tints of nature, and it works great, it's permanent and doesn't contain ammonia. I got it in a health store, not a cosmetic store...Don't know if they sell it where you are.
