ghrelin, not kidding. This is in tests by the FDA, it apparently has no side effects, but they're not too sure they want to release it just yet b/c they're afraid people will give it to their children to make them all taller

This depends on your stage of puberty and the height of your parents. The later the stage, the less growth potential you have. Am assuming you are male from your user name - if you are at the same stage of physical development as most of your peers, you have at most 2-3 years of growth left and have probably reached 90-95% of your height potential, which is calculated by the mid-parental height: 0.5 x (father's height + mother's height + 13 cm).

Training will improve muscle bulk but will not help you hit 190 cm. No hormone treatment or medication at this current stage of research is going to achieve that effect as far as I know, since I am an endocrinology trainee. No ethical surgeon I know would do it on someone of normal height like yourself.

Please consult your physician if in doubt.

On the TLC channel I think I saw doctors cutting the thigh bones and and keeping the ends from touching by wearing braces on the legs till the new bone is made to bridge the gap. There were several surgerys doing this. Of course the procedure I saw was on a child. It might not work on an adult, how old are you?
And also, I bet it is painful. To me it wouldn't be worth it even though I'm a short person too.

There is still a chance that your growth plates are not completley closed yet. Some men still have open growth plates up to age 25, you should take advantage of 'last chance' to grow and make sure your body is producing enought HGH (human growth hormones) to sustain any more potential height gain, check out http://www.hghforheight.com there are many lifestyle factors that you can adopt to optimize your natural HGH production. If unfortunately that your growth plates are completely closed, you can still grow taller with spine lengthening technique which has been shown that it can add up to 2-3 inches to your overall height. Spine lengthening can be done with various stretching exercises, they are well-documented in http://www.giantscientific.com . Exercises like yoga or pilates have been very effective in elongating the spine, http://www.thepilatesguide.com

Depends on your age! If young a consideration is Growth Hormone. Other choices are stretching exercises with good psoture to maximize one's height. Wear a different hairdo - make you look taller. But who cares when you are just a nice person. A little bit of Napoleon certainly went a long way! Good luck.

It is possible that you body will naturally grow more. However, you need to make sure you have all the "building blocks" for your bones and muscles.

Some of the most important nutrients are:
1. Calories, for enough energy,
2. Calcium, Vitamin D, and Magnesium for the growth of your bones; vitamin D is VERY NECESSARY for the bones to solidify and form correctly.
3. Phytochemicals, vitamins and minerals found in good food, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, cooked beans and peas and nuts.

Giving yourself the nutrients from food is the BEST way for you to get the ingredients to grow as tall and strong as your genetics and your exercise will allow.

Actually latest treatment is the option that has come to be mainstream which subverts the truly treatment... Hipocrates mentioned permit treatment be your meals and meals your treatment.... That is the real method which they've become simply an option seeing that they cannot get wealthy with it

I have no idea if this actually works or not, but my friend used to pull/stretch her friend's legs when she would let her; she wanted to be taller. We actually did notice her getting taller in a short amount of time, but it may have just been natural causes.

Discuss this with your doctor now. Growth hormone works better at younger age...you are getting older for it now. So go now.
