The facts are...he is (or started) Focus on the Family. My grandmother used to make me listen to that trash and now I'm dumb. Sure, he's a sick anti-American moron, but you have to commit a capital crime to be eligible for the death penalty.
Don't worry - he's sure to die anyway, and he'll leave behind a pretty poor legacy of a lifetime spent in juvenile antics.

People like James Dobson are dangerous Bible Nazis who must be marginalized before they are successful in using the "loophole" in The Constitution that gave religion an unfair advantage, which he is trying to use to over throw the government and establish a Theocratic Dictatorship.
