No...corn is good for you....
The problem is this: Corn products are in virtually EVERY processed food we eat. Corn syrup, cornstarch...you name it.
When you constantly eat the same food, you can build up a sensitivity to it, therefore, it would be best to eat something other than corn if you are eating a ton of processed foods.
(But...don't you agree that it would be just better to eat the corn and throw the processed food in the garbage?)

Corn is not unhealthy, especially since you are eating it in moderation, but as I'm sure you've noticed, it doesn't digest very well.

Yes, it has luetin (spelling?) which is good for your eyes. I'm sure there's other nutritional value in corn; I simply can't think of another one right now. Sorry!

well its not unhealthy but it isnt as fiber nutrient rich as say green leafy veggies.. its just you shouldnt be looking towards corn for the fiber and nutrients as needed..
