It makes me want to cry. Everytime she falls asleep he wakes her up, everytime she is just relaxing in her bouncer he's right there rocking her hard. I mean I can't keep her locked up in a room all the time! What do I do!!???

oh the baby is 3 months old already and his behavior hasn't changes since she was born, she's not that new to him anymore, he just does it out of boredom - I know this for sure.

He's just fascinated by her. You just have to explain that he has to be extra gentle with the baby! This is his first time encountering a person smaller then him so he's excited.

I imagine it's not boredom, but attachment and curiosity. I would let him "help" you with his sister as much as possible. He can hand you diapers, help with the bath, pick out her clothes, etc. Let him help put her to sleep (sing a special song together and then back out of the room saying, "shhhhh" baby sleeping") The more he feels involved and the less he hears, "NO", the more likely he is to leave her be.
Even though he's a boy, you might consider a doll with accessories that he can care for (can be handed down to the sister). I personally think there is nothing wrong with a little boy learning about babies this way. They even make "boy" dolls.

I'm so sorry, but maybe your toddler is just jealous. It's not your fault you are a new mother again , but you have to relize that know you have more than one kid to give your love too! I am the oldest of 3 and I remember that my mother used to make me help her do things for my little sister in order to make me feel like a "big girl", may be you could do that to over come the jealousy!

He's jealous, a new baby to a toddler is a hard transistion, he just needs some mommy and me time, so he will be reminded that the baby isn't the only important thing in your life right now!

While she is sleeping Im sure this is the time of day you get your house work done. Try including your toddler with helping you do the laundry, sort clothes, pick up toys even vaccuming. I got my daughter one of those kids play vaccums that really pick stuff up, and she loves helping me clean.

Well, when she's sleeping, have time for you and the toddler...
He wants attention and gets it through bothering the baby.
Give him positive attention while telling him not to bother the baby.
Plus, toddlers don't always get that they need to be good. their brains don't work that way yet....

try to get him his own baby doll and some accessories it will help and than he can take care of his baby while you take care of yours and if hes doing something dangerous that might hurt the baby your just going to have to be firm and make sure he won't do it again
