Get vitamin A in its retinol (usable) form from egg yolks and liver- plants are worthless for nutrients, they are too hard to digest and what little nutrients that do get absorbed must be converted into more usable forms

First of all, eat the carrot. The vegetable or fruit in it's truest state is the best for you. Leave the peels on when possible. Alot of the vitamins are found in the skins and peels. Secondly, eat well balanced meals. Third, if you are deficient suppliment with a multi vitamin.
