I don't know but when they do get killed they certainly won't feel it.

I certainly don't think so. You will need medicated shampoo like NIX, RID or KWELLADA to kill the lice, a fine tooth comb to comb out the "nits" and repeat shampoo as directed to get the new lice that have hatched.

No. Head lice have the ability to "close down" their respiratory system for hours, so baths and/or other liquids won't work. You have to use the delousing shampoo treatment and then get rid of the nits. Sorry.

Tea tree oil does. But it takes repeated application.
