I was afraid to tell my boyfriend, even though i don't think its a horribly strange thing. It really depends on what it is, if its something you can incorporate slowly try that. If its something she does already and you want her to do it more just make sure she understands how much you like it.
You could also say my friend says that him and his girlfriend do this, what do you thing about something like that.
Or ask for hers first.
When i told my boyfriend mine, i toned it down a bit, and he was super excited, but when he found out i like to take it to an extreme he was weirded out. And we had been perfectly fine before that. So i wouldn't throw it all at her a the same time, and judge what you think is best.
