Roll into 42 balls (@1 inch in diameter) Dip balls in melted chocolate and place on waxed paper and sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs. Refrigerate @ 1 hr.

HAYSTACKS
Butterscotch chips
1 can chowmein noodles
1 pkg nuts
Melt chips. Take off stove. Stir in large can of chowmein noodles and nuts. Drop with spoonfuls onto aluminum foil looking like stacks of hay. Cool.

I am bringing bourbon balls, because then we can have alcohol at work without getting in trouble - haha!
But seriously, I guess some people don't like bourbon (or rum, or any other liquor, for that matter). A "safe" treat is christmas cookies. Almost everybody likes them. Fudge is also impressive and widely appreciated. An easy recipe is found on the back of the Eagle Brand condensed milk. You use any kind of chocolate or similar candy (i.e., peanut butter chips, butterscotch chips), a can of condensed milk, and vanilla extract. You can also use add-ins if you want. Use the full-fat condensed milk or the fudge will come out too dry.

What about some Ginger Biscuits?
Ginger Biscuits
Ingredients
2 oz vegan margarine
1 oz sugar
4oz flour
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Blend the margarine with the sugar until it is a smooth paste. Add the ginger and flour and blend thoroughly. If it too dry add a teaspoon of water - it should come together in a dough. Roll out on a floured surface and cut out using a cookie cutter. Place on a greased baking sheet in a 200 degree oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

You could make some fudge or some Christmas Cookies, or if you are to busy have someone else bake them for you. You could get some celehpane paper, ( the color of Christmas and put maybe two or three cookies or pieces of fudge and then tie a pretty bow on them. Your co-workers would love this, because they would feel like you spent a lot of time doing this for them.

I agree with a few of the other posters: An easy treat would be to get christmas or holiday cookies at your local supermarket. Or getting two dozen donuts at your local donut shop (Krispy Kreme or Dunkins).
Or, if you want to go more "upscale", bring in a nice coffee cake. We have a Corner Bakery franchise right across from my building, and I highly recommend their cinnamon creme cake. It's relatively cheap, and for the 6 of us in theoffice, it's a great deal for the amoutn of people it feeds. I'm sure something similar would be nice, festive for the season no matter what your office-mates celebrate, and cost effective.

Depends on your budget. See's candy usually has nice things. If you were thinking something less expensive you can make homemade: cookies, biscotti, fudge, anything with crushed candy canes is festive. Simple and easy would be chocolate dipped pretzels. You can always google recipes.
