Totally depends on wot u fancy?
Cesar's palace is well maintained, quality food an u can push the boat out on expensive wines.
But if its posh nosh u want the Raddison Hotels probably ure best bet.
The North West has a few problems at the min with quality food, Leeds is the closest City with a Michelin star an so in the summer there was a large promotions drive for Liverpool's restaurants to start picking up on standards an class.
