It's not a pimple, and it's not going away.

It could be a swollen lymph node

My ex-husband had a lump behind his ear, went to the doctor and it was diagnosed as a small cyst. They removed it in the doctors office, using local anesthetic. The procedure was not painful at all. I suggest you go to the doctor to get a proper diagnosis.

It is probably swollen Lymph Nodes, which help fight infection inside the body. With viruses going around lately, I wouldn't be surprised if your body is trying to fight it, even if you don't actually feel sick. If it doesn't go away in a couple of weeks (or gets worse), see a doctor. Otherwise, you should be fine.

Something like that happened to my girfriend when she used to wear earrings that are made of certain metals.. If you have your ear pierced remove it for about a week to see if it gets any better

I have those...they are harmless cysts. You can go to the doctor and get medication to rub on them. The more you play with them, the more infected and enlarged they will become. They aren't a big deal...your doctor can help you.

It's probably an in-grown pimple.

Possibly a puss filled cyst which is not dangerous but may have to be lanced if it does not go away on its own or grows in size

A pimple. Leave it alone.

It could be anything from a small cyst or perhaps even a case of acne. If it concerns you, you should ask your doctor about it.
