DOn't you have a room you could runaway too? Stop running away from your problems because when you do grow up you will continue to just run away and never resolve anything. You do not want to even visit Juvy... If you want to get out for awhile, go stay at a friends house for the weekend. Things will look better after a day or so.

I can promise you that Juvy is no place for you! It will not benefit you at all. Tell your mom how you feel that you think you need a break from her, maybe stay at your grandparents or with a friend. Running away will only cause more problems with you and your mom as you get older!

Talk to a counselor. They have homes that you can go to to get things sorted out. They are usually run by the state or by Child Protective Services. Here they are called "Attention Homes". They are not confining but do have rules. You are not of legal age to be on your own, and your Mother is still responsible for you, that is why she is giving you a hard time. Hope this helps, and I am sorry you are going through this.

Talk to your mom. Listen as well. Most parents seem unreasonable to teens, but primarily it is because they have been through much of what you're now going through, and have your best interest in mind. I'd also recommend that you seek counseling, as it's appearing like there may be some serious communication issues.

You do NOT want to go to the Hall. My boyfriend once spent some time there and he said it is really really bad. Can't you see if you can stay with sometone else for a little while. A friend, maybe a grandparent.

Don't go to the juvy because that is jail for kids. Talk to your mother nicely and how you feel about that situation.
