If your hair is falling out, this is more a case for your doctor. Your hair could fall out for a number of reasons; Winter - but what could look like a lot if the hair is long, alopeocia, Thyroid malfunctions, nutritional weaknesses, stress. It is a long list and the concern would be more with why the hair is falling out rather than simply the condition. Hair comes from within so it would be a matter of finding out where the problems lies.
Good luck and try not to worry too much. I know it is hard. It must be scary. Get to your doctor.

hi I'm a hairdresser and i would ask if you have been stressed out recently, eating healthy, changed or started any medication.
anything like this can cause hair loss if it only coming out in the comb when you brush it i suggest you don't colour it don't use curling tongs or straightening irons just wash it and leave it massage your scalp to motivate the sebaceous glands and stop stressing calm down have a cuppa and a nice hot bath to relax but keep an eye on it because if it gets worse or you wake up with clumps of hair on your pillow it is a case for your doctor as allopecia may be the cause and he can provide treatment to cure it hope this helps and good luck

I shampoo my hair everyday and condition it with "cream silk". I dont use hair blower or dryer. Hot oil treatment once a week. No need to spend too much by going to the parlor u can do it by your self. U can use aloe vera to replace the falling hair. Put it directly and leave for an hour. Massage ur scalp regularly. Try it babe see my hair its thick and shine. For best result use coconut oil or coconut juice.Heat it a little bit then massage it 2 ur hair. then follow the aloe vera.U'll see the big change to ur hair in a month. Do it everyday. Also use comb instead of hair brush.
Goodluck!!!

hey am currently training to be a hairdresser and i have the same problem as i do dye my hair and straighten it ure not the only one trust me! well first i would suggest that you go to your nearest hairdressers and explain the problem(thats what we are here for) then invest in a good shampoo/conditioner and a leave in conditioner to build up the hairs elasticity, this may be expensive but definitley worth it, then i would suggest having a hir cut ie some long layers to camoflauge where the hair is missing, and also having a blow dry maybe once a week just to give the hair body and shine, also regular exercise, fresh air, taking vitamin tablets, eating plenty of fruit and veg and plenty of water, i would suggest all of this for about 6 weeks if the situation continues i would see a doctor, but hoestly so many people have this problem especially in the winter, as hair looses its elasticity and becomes drier in the winter due to the cold damp air, and central heating, as in the summer the sun gives off vitamins to youre skin nails and hair,x

Thyroid disease is one of the most common health problems we face today. From a practical standpoint, there are many ways to approach this issue. Learn here https://tr.im/QpsMI

Hypothyroidism, or underactive thyroid, is a very common problem, and there are many reasons for this, including drinking chlorinated and fluoridated water, and eating brominated flour.

Chlorine, fluoride, and bromine are all in the same family as iodine, and can displace iodine in your thyroid gland.

Secondly, many people simply aren't getting enough iodine in their diet to begin with. The amount you get from iodized salt is just barely enough to prevent you from getting a goiter.

This is my big secret but ill let you in on it...
Wash conditioner out with cold water as cold as you can handle, your hair will be so soft as it shocks the hair folicals. Also massage your head as it stimulates the blood flow in your head.
I would see a doctor as its probably down to stress.
