Hello Mr. you must wash your mouth with luke (little) warm water before going to bed. Next for strenght to teeth eat hard items like sugar cans, coconut, carrots,......Finally once in a week apply some glycerin on teeth after few hours wash with warm water.

drink milk.. or eat calcium rich food...home teeth whitener may weaken your teeth too.. for shine.. use toothpaste with baking soda.. see your dentist and ask for advice..
