mmm...sibling rivalry at its best..
From a guys point of view that's awesome, he had courage enough to do it.
From a girls point of view he's a creep and needs somethng just as bad as punishment.
From a parents point of view that's anexcellent way to get put into discipline classes even teen bootcamp.
I'm not sure what other things he has done to make you say you can't handle him, but I can bet it is a lot of other "acting out". First, you better have made him clean it all up. She's not going to touch it and you are not his slave. That is the first consequence for his action. Does he get allowance? There is another consequence. Give him his allowance, then deduct the cost of new sheets from it, leaving him 2 dollars. Be firm, do not give in. Not knowing the situation, it would sound as if he has been given a lot of leeway in the past for his misgivings. That has to end. He has learned that mom and dad will always "fix it". This is a bad attitude to have as a youngin'.
You should have a lengthy talk with him. Don't expect his habits to change overnight, but if he is talked to "in house" with civilized tones of voices....he might very well realize that was crossing the line and back off instead of going further. Be aware of his actions. If it continues you may need professional "teenage counciling help" and it might do a world of good.
Regardless of what discipline actions you take, be aware he needs parents aswell. A child neglected after a moment like that will not help the cause any. He just has too much "freetime" on his hands and is looking to get attention one way or another. Maybe an art class, or afterschool sport, or even music might gear his time, emotions and aggression out in another vent.

Make him clean it up and talk nicely to him, and revoke something he can always do, like go to his friends house after school or play basketball. Or make him clean it up, make him copy a page out of the dictionary and revoke the most important things he does, tell him what he did was inappropriate, and if he doesn't want to copy the whole dictionary then he will never do that again. Remember to get the pages he has copied before he goes to bed.

That is so gross! It definitly sounds like he is doing it for attention. Look at his behavior patterns. Look at how you interact with your children. Are you doing lots of activities with them? Boys will be boys and if they get bored they will be monsters. Get him involved in sports and recreational things. Is there something that he really loves that he always plays with or uses, like an XBOX or Playstation? If so take it away for a long time and keep a very close eye on him. Have him always helping out. If you are doing the dishes have him do them. If you are cooking have him help you. If you are vacuuming have him move stuff out of the way for you...do you see where I am going with this.

Oh my gosh, that is kinda funny though. I am sure that will be one story you will be talking about for years to come. Don't let that one down, when he gets his first girlfriend, wife, etc... If I were you I would have him clean up the mess. Maybe buy new sheets after making him do a lot of chores around the house. Whatever he does make him have reasonable consequences for his actions. And follow through with them. Good luck.

Disapline, I not saying you don't disaplin but maybe take a different route. This would be a pretty severe ounishment in my house. ! because it is a violation of privacy and second it is discusting. Maybe he should be cleaning the bathrooms at home.

that is really disgusting. i think he needs a reminder of right and wrong and whats funny and not. plus maybe invest in a counseler so he can talk aobut why he does things like that. hopefully you grounded him and took away a lot of privileges to teach him a lesson.

That is soooo funny, thank you for the 3 minutes of straight laughter I just had! Do not medicate him it will only make it worse. Sign him up for sports or martial arts, something that will teach him discipline and will use up all of his energy.
