I'm all for it. I'm a computer science major and I have two blind people in my class. If they can program computers, they should be able to drive tanks also. Equality for all!!

a cruel joke to poor blind fellows- we have to respect them- they are people like us . and in many cases blinds are smarter than "visionaries" such as question asker fellow!!!
