Salt is the only rock that we can eat, and it's actually very good for us. Something about the added taste does something for the nerve endings on the top of your mouth.
I use salt on pretty much anything i can put it on, for just a little flavoring.

Actually, I very seldom add salt to anything. There is so much salt in everything that you buy that I believe adding none is the best way. I will add the non salt additive once in awhile, but mostly I will add Mrs. Dash and other spices to add taste.
If you have to use salt, it is probably better to use what the chef's use. Sea salt or even Kosher salt.
I swore off salt years ago when my blood pressure was inching it's way up.

I'm starting to cut back on my salt intake, but yeah, I did use lots of salt regularly and daily.

I don't use salt all that often.When I do you use salt I use sea salt(lower sodium).
