I have very thick hair. I would like to have that scruched just out of the shower look. I was wondering if that is even possible with super thick hair. I have White Rain Mousse and I don't know if it will work well. Do I apply it to wet or dry hair?

Well, I also have alot of hair, so I could help you out. I have this special type of liquid called "setting lotion", mine is a kind of dark purple. It is a gel like liquid and shrunches up your hair with out making it curly.

Here's how it works: When you step out of the shower comb your hair like you regularly do, after it's combed, grab the setting lotion and filp your hair down. BTW, make sure your hair is wet, but not soaking.

Squeeze a quarter size amount (depends on how much hair you have), rub it on your hands and apply it to your hair.

How to apply: When you've rubbed the lotion on your hands, start at your roots, don't be afraid to mess it up a bit, then work your way down untill you've reached your tips. Again, you just need to scruff it up, mess around with your hair with out tangling it.

Hope this helps.

It is possible, but not with White Rain. Go here: www.aveda.com and find the nearest location to you. Tell the salesperson what you want to do and let them hook you up. Most of their products run around $20 but you only have to use a very little bit. Great stuff!!

it would be better to apply the hair product to wet hair as the water will help your hair to absorb the nutrients. you can still have the scrunched hairstyle but you may need quite a big hairband!

Godd Luck with the nice style!!
