i want to sell and package homemade skin creams. Made form natural products. ie cocoa butter

Are you talking about basic liability insurance? Like something to keep you from getting sued if lil Susie's face turns blue after using your products?
Check with State Farm, Allstate, etc...
Or you can from an LLC (limited liability company) then only the assets of the company can get sued and not you.
