Use a winch to pull it up a ramp, and it goes onto a trailer. Same as a boat. and to put back into water. Do in reverse.

Some floatplanes have amphibious floats so it's as simple as flying the aircraft off the water, & landing on a hard surface runway. In other cases we bring the aircraft to a boat ramp, & put it on a dolly the same way you would load a boat back on to it's trailer.
Most of the time though there is some sort of a hoist that is used to lift the entire aircraft out of the water, floats & all.

I am thinking you mean how do you get a float-equipped airplane from a body of water to an airport.

A float plane can land quite safely on a smooth grass field, especially if its wet from rain or dew, or a bit of snow works even better. If the plane has amphibious floats its even easier.

Having spent many years in Alaska, I have seen this done quite often in the fall. In the spring, the pilots use a little wheeled dolly to take off from, when the plane becomes airborne the dolly simply stays behind on the runway.

As Douglas D noted earlier, a lot of newer FLOATS (not necessarily only newer AIRCRAFT) have amphibious floats. Most of these will have retractable wheels that allow one to land on a regular strip after you take off from the lake/river, etc.

Start the engine, push in on the throttle, gain airspeed, when you achieve airspeed, pull back on the yoke or stick, and the airplane will be taken out of the water. EASY

I say, get a pickup truck and like five of your budddies and get it to a remote beach and get it beached. Then tie rope from the plane to the pickup and drive it forward and have your buddies push it forward along with the pulling of the pickup. This just gets it on the beach though......... I can't figure it out from there!
