It is very bad spanish but more or less it says:

Okay I'm not really that great at Spanish, but I do use it a little (I live in Southg Florida)

Who ever gave you this, is trying to hard to speak/write in spanish. There are lots of errors and mispelled words that don't make any sense. It will be truly stupid to sit here and translate that junk. Get something better and I'll do it.
