Yes. Because of all the flood of illegal immigration, our emergancy rooms are overcrowded and they are not paying the taxes that the rest of us have to. They also send alot of their money back to their families in their country and it is hurting the economy. I think the ones to blame are the contractors that are hiring them. They are the only ones profiting from this.

Yes.
The United States doesn't make legal immigration difficult, so I would wonder why a person would rather break the law (i.e. what are they hiding)? They earn money, but do not file income tax and pay social security, and much of the money that they earn is funneled back to their families in their country of origin.

Also, their children often attend public school, which our taxes provide. This is especially costly when a language barrier exists, as their education comes at the expense of their classmates.

Everything they use (i.e. roads, emergency services~police, ambulance & fire, etc.) costs money, and taxpayers are left with the tab.

Bottom line, let them knock on the door and ask entry, rather than sneaking in through the back door.

P.S. Rememebr, the issue is ILLEGAL immigrants, NOT hardworking, honest, and LEGAL immigrants. Apples and Oranges. Most of us know many legal immigrants, and I respect immensely the courage it takes to start a life in a new country.

Who do you think is in factories gettin low wages and no benefits and still working? would a normal person who was born here do that. i know i wont... Immigrants are the people who work at jobs that other people dont work at.My best friend is an immigrant. and she is in Harvard. and yeah she can speak english..i just think people can be just little ignorent sometimes..prejudice a little? If some people just understand them out a little maybe they'll get the idea that not every is perfect. And uhm .. They harm our local economies in the area of social services. They pay nothing into social services budgets, yet get free health care and other social services. Because of them, others who are eligible beneficiaries either have less or no services.

They help America because employers hire them at rock bottom prices, with no benefits and pass on these savings to us, its customers. Many people who complain about them would complain even more if they had to pay more for services

I assume that by America you mean U.S.
NO! They are not! They are actually a big force in the U.S. economy but is people like you who puts them in a lower level because of their poor English or their look.
Now look at your spelling, I'm sure tons of illegal immigrants spell better than you.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION IS NOT A VICTIMLESS CRIME
Apologists for illegal immigration like to paint it as a victimless crime. But in fact, illegal immigration causes substantial harm to American citizens and legal immigrants, particularly those in the most vulnerable sectors of our population--the poor, minorities, and children.

Illegal immigration causes an enormous drain on public funds. The seminal study of the costs of immigration by the National Academy of Sciences found that the taxes paid by immigrants do not cover the cost of services received by them. We cannot provide high quality education, health care, and retirement security for our own people if we continue to bring in endless numbers of poor, unskilled immigrants.

Additionally, job competition by waves of illegal immigrants willing to work at substandard wages and working conditions depresses the wages of American workers, hitting hardest at minority workers and those without high school degrees. Ý

Illegal immigration also contributes to the dramatic population growth overwhelming communities across America--crowding school classrooms, consuming already limited affordable housing, and straining precious natural resources like water, energy, and forestland.

Like everything, there is both good and bad. However, violating the law is always bad. It's very unfair to people that come legally.
