i barely started talkingn to this guy but we've been friends for like 3 years now we finally decided to see if we can make things happend between us. wen he first tld me he loved me was like 2 or 3 days after we decided to see if we could take things further and wen he told me he loved me i didnt say nuthing back. should i feel bad???

I am in the same boat. I have known a girl for about a year now and we have been dating for the last two months. I know its too early for the "love" issue to come up though. What you need to do is really get to know the other perosn and do what your heart tells you to do!!

well, my current bf used to be my friend for 1 yr before he realized that he love me... He doesnt have gf when i met him, then had a 1 when we're on the friendship stage & eventually his relationship to other women last for only 5months, then he became free. We are just good friends... but as time runs so fast... i just noticed he seemed to be very sweet to me & sometimes even tease me w/ a joke, that what if "you are the 1 who is meant for me". At first, i just consider it as joke... but when he spoke to me straightly after our 1st friendship anniversary... i cant figure out myself why he learned to love me, but i know deep inside me although i'm shocked w/ his confession of his love for me, i was too happy that he loves me more than friends, i guess i love him too in that early stage but was just confused. He never forced me, i had enough time to think it over. I said to myself I'm contented that we're just friends, yet more than that is a lot greater... so after 3 months i gave my answer to him...that i love him too!!!
so that means, once you are trully sure of yourself that you love him/her then that is the right time to speak to him/her...it doesnt matter how long, what matters is: are you sure you love him? can you or cannot stand being w/ him anymore? aren't you hurt & feeling you are longing more of him? if the answer is yes, go on... be brave... tell him... only there is a consequence for that... you should learn to face it... whatever his answer to you, if he loves you or not... at least you wont waste another time thinking if he loves you too.
