I am a mother of four children and I am wanting to get a boob job. Not to necessarily make them larger but to make them more firm and perky. Does men prefer the "real thing"?

It depends on the man. Being a man, I don't think you will ever hear a complaint... But for the most part, if it makes you feel better about yourself then there should be no problem. That's the most important thing, how it makes YOU feel.
