yes.

omega-3 and 50mg zinc are both great for the skin. Also a good food-based multi-vitamin (w/o iodine it aggravates acne in some people).

They may help, but it depends.

People don't get pimples for the same reasons. Some get them from sweat, some get them from hormones, some get them from toxins in the system, etc. etc. So it may work for you depending on why you get pimples.

You can probably add some ginger and garlic to your diet to help with inflamation.

Not so much unless you apply directly. Visine will take take the red out and restore normal skin color for a little while.
