It sounds like she has some brain damage from the fall. Have the vet check her out again. Its possible that she can recover but she may not. You might try a neurological specialist.

Have you taken her back to the vet again? It seems to me like she could have been misdiagnosed or something was overlooked. I would suggest taking her to a different vet just for good measure. Take her to a vet that a friend or family member reccomends. Being paralyzed for a month is pretty serious and i can't imagine that she didn't sustain some sort of damage.
It could very well be "tail-related"- that is where all her balance comes from. Is she constipated at all? Constipation can be an indicator of damage as well.
At any rate, take your kitty to vet ...

By the time you become aware of a change in your cat's behavior the cat has been in distress for quite some time. No way to tell what's wrong of course, vomiting is a symptom of many things, possible poisoning. The diagnosis needs to made by the veterinarian. To do? Go outside and get the cat into the house. Take the cat in to the veterinarian ASAP.

I'd ask the vet if he has a neurologist that he could recommend. If you are willing to put out the money to find out if it's something neurological, that would be, IMHO the next, best course of action.
This isn't normal obviously. She'll need a specialist.

Poor baby. She landed on her head which most likely gave her a bruise in her head. This means she has an internal blood clot type of injury. You might want to have the vet x ray her head. This clot might be on the balance/ movement part of the brain. When she was twitching the first time she fell meant she was having a seizure type of reaction to the fall. Good luck.

Take her back to the vet. This cat was seriously damaged by the fall, she may be treatable or you may have to decide if she is suffering. If she seems to be mostly OK then decide if you can cope with her condition, but really, you need to speak to a vet.

That sounds like a stroke. A stroke targets one side of the body's motor functions and can cause temporary paralysis and can be easily overlooked. I would have her looked at again. She obvious has some nerve damage somewhere. Poor baby!!
