not all but most black communities are impoverished. you just gave an example of the exception not the rule. you also gave no statistics on weather or not the wealth is held by white or blacks. in fact there are many black areas that have a rich white minority in them. we don't blame Detroit on blacks. we blame it on liberal governments. funny the communities you cherry picked were in conservative states huh?
