buy a bread machine. It's a counter-top electrical appliance that mixes the dough, lets it rise, and then bakes it all in one pan. They're less than a $100 and make very good bread. Usually there's a recipe book included and if not there are plenty of websites that have all kinds of bread machine recipes.

I don't think you can make bakery bread without using an oven. You can make hot water corn bread without an oven, but on top of the stove.

there are arabians breads that you can make on frying pan.
ex: pitta, capatti,....ah!!! syrians breads too!
