I want to marblize frosting for sugar cookies.

So which would work better.... dark color or light color on bottom, or does it even matter?? Thanks!!

frost your cake with light icing, place dollops of darker icing on frosted cake and use your icing spatula to blend in the marbling. Good luck.

You take one color put another color on top and use a knife to marbelize it. Do it on each individual cookie, instead of all the frosting at once. That way you avoid it getting all mixed up when you spread it on the cookies.

i marbleize by spreading one one flavor or color then add another color on top and just swirl until it's marbilized
