I know here in lubbock texas the "Cingular call center" here has a day care in the building. You might check into something like that. Or, you could start baby sitting other people kids for some extra money? You can deliver papers in the morning, and bring you baby?
As far as your learning problems? Did you finish High School? I hate to say this, but you really don't have to be smart to get a job. (i have worked around a lot of dumb people) You just need to know the right people. But there are jobs you CAN get. And if your Learning problem is really a bad, you might can get disablity money.
The father of you child HAS to give you money, unless he signs his rights away. Which, he sounds like a jerk anyway, so i would get rid of him. If the Father does have money, i would find a lawyer, and get it. (most lawyers you don't pay, till you get money. And you can find free ones)
You can give the baby up for apotion, if you really don't think you will have enough money to take care of yourself and the baby.
But, there are lots of programs in your city for people like you. Just look on the internet, you should be able to find something.
My heart goes out to you! I am due in July. If you need to talk, just e-mail me. Take care.

If you have learning disabilities that prevent you from working, then you can get help through your state's social services. However, there are jobs that people can do regardless of their abilities. There are likely many different agencies in your area depending on the size of your community that can help you with your basic needs. Please consider adoption as an option for your baby. It is the most loving thing you can do for him or her if you are not in a position to properly care for it. Giving a baby up for adoption does not mean you don't love it or want it, but you are making the best choice for your baby's future. You can contact a crisis pregnancy clinic, they will be glad to help you. Look under Abortion Alternatives in the yellow pages of your phone book and give them a call.

While your on yahoo, search "rights for pregnant women". There is a list of websites that have info on how you can make the father pay you child support and how you can get money for you and the baby while your pregnant and after the baby is born. Programs are available such as WIC which pays for formula and programs that can help you pay for diapers or daycare. Also Medicare can help cover the cost of the labor and the hospital bills. Dont worry, you have many options.

There are plenty of jobs that you should be able to do, even if it is just a bus girl or dishwasher. Go to you local planned parenthood and they should have a list of charities also see your local public aid office they can help too. Good Luck
