for the past couple of days..I have been losing my voice!!
it gets better..and then worse...
today....I cant speak....its very bad!!
I havent been drinking any cold..or yelling..(I dont yell)or scream..lol
is it possible that the weather is changing?

Weather can ALWAYS be a factor. (depending on where you live)
Try some hot herbal tea with a little honey. Also, refrain from talking (this will help the tea sooth your vocal chords).

There isn't enough information for me to know exactly what is wrong. Often, losing voice is associated to inflammation of the vocal cords, but you didn't mention about any pain... You know, I remember my mother telling me once a story about her colleague, as a teacher, of course your job is to talk talk talk and practically talk some more. One morning, she got up and found she couldn't even whisper a word!!! She had it checked up, the doctor said it was idiopathic (reasons unknown), all they did was give her a year's leave with pay, since losing your voice was a work hazard in the teaching field. I'm not trying to scare you! Just relating a story. The lady got better a few months later, she's totally healthy now.
About losing your voice, it could be over straining of your throat? Rest it for a few days, drink lots of lemonade (for Vitamin C), drink lots of water, avoid fried food and see if it gets better. If not, go for a check up!
