So I got her IP address from a tagboard where she spammed and said bad things about me(I tried to ban her, but her IP keeps changing due to dialup), this has been going on for a while, is there any way that I can like stop her? Can I report her to cybercrime department or something? I heard that unless blogger (the host of my blog) files official charges...I can do nothing since it doesn't really belong to me.

Ignore her. She's looking for attention.

If she's spamming your blog, you can set the preferences so that any responses have to be approved by you before they appear and then whenever she makes a comment, just disapprove it. Otherwise, just delete them as soon as she makes the comments, but don't respond to her in any other way. It will just egg her on and encourage her to continue.

put the blog on your own personal website; you'll have more control and of course, you can do whatever legal measures you need to get her to stop.

File a complaint with her ISP. Keep logs of her disparaging remarks (ie archive them) If you have her IP, then you have the isp she's using.

Take one of her IP addresses, and go to http://www.dnsstuff.com
then enter it in the reverse DNS lookup box. It should tell you the name and location of her ISP. Call them and complain.

If she uses the same screen name or e-mail addie, block her that way.

Delete her posts.

Set your blog to approve all posts.
