Easy, Easy, Easy, and absolutely wonderful.

Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Thawed completely

Add a little bit of parmesan cheese to italian style bread crumbs (found in any grocery store),

Rub chicken with Miracle Whip

Coat with bread crumb mixture.

Spray glass baking dish with Pam cooking spray. and cook uncovered at 350 for about 35-40 minutes (depending on how many breasts you use). Serve with baked potatoes or rice and a veggie.

Be sure not to over-cook. YUMMY!!!!!

My favourite way of preparing chicken is to roast a whole chicken.

First, prepare a rub in a mortar and pestle with 3-4 cloves of garlic, a tsp of pepercorns, a sprig of rosemary and thyme, the juice of 1/4 lemon, and a good pinch of kosher salt. Add enough olive oil to make a nice paste consistency when you mash it all together.

Smear the rub all over the chicken, then put the other 3 quarters of the lemon, another few cloves of garlic, and 2-3 more sprigs of rosemary and thyme inside the cavity.

Pop into a 425 degree oven in an uncovered pan for about 90 minutes or until a thermometer in the brest reads 170 degrees.

Tent the bird with foil for about 15 minutes after it comes out of the oven before you carve it so the juices can set.

Advice :
This dish is even better if prepared the day before and reheated.
Try serving with a little desiccated coconut and chopped banana to decorate.

No cookbook needed. If you can find some canned or packaged chicken broth, you have yourself a delicious way to cook chicken. I use Cambell's chicken broth. Take out a baking pan or roasting pan, put the defrosted chicken in there. Open the can or package ( it comes in tetra packs too) pour it on your chicken. I use about an inch on the bottom of the pan. You can always add more broth if it drys out during cooking, but the cooking time increases if you do that. Cook in a oven 350 degrees about 35 to 45 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink all the way through. I use chicken breasts and flip them about half way through the cooking time. Comes out juicy and flavourful every time. I make mashed potatoes or rice and cook some frozen veggies on the side. I have lots more recipes but thats my easiest one.

Fried chicken:
Wash and season the chicken with seasoned salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
Roll the chicken pieces in flour and set them in a dish. Leave them in the fridge for an hour.
Take the chicken out of the fridge.
Heat up a big pot (half full) of canola or vegetable oil.
Once the oil is HOT, drop the chicken in carefully and let it cook for 20 minutes or so until floats to the top of the oil. (the juices should run clear not pink)
Once the chicken is done, remove it from the HOT oil and drain it on a cookie sheet lined with paper towels and let it cool for 15 minutes. Serve it with your favorite sides and enjoy! Simple, easy, and DELICIOUS!

If you know that your gonna make chicken like two days ahead, you should soak the chicken in salt water overnight,it gets rid of all the blood. lately when i fry my chicken i marinate it in mustard overnight,it gives great flavor,it tenderizes the meat, and your crust will be awesome even if you discard the skin.but i suggest that you use aunt jemima flour, because that is the best flour to bake and fry with in the world.you can also take a whole chicken ,season it with salt and pepper iside and out, have a hot saute pan ready,no oil,and sear the chicken breast side down for about 5-7minutes,then turn it in the oppossite direction&do the same for 5-7minutes,remove chicken from the pan, then deglaze with a little water just to get all that flavor from the pan, then take your favorite barbque sauce, add that to the pan just to heat, pour sauce into a bowl, then add your chicken back to the pan, glaze the chicken with sauce, place in oven and glaze it every 15minutes until its done, depending on the size of the chicken it should take about an hour, serve with your favorite green veg, mashed potato's or salad and a nice cornbread.good luck.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNCxd

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
