Your CD drive letter followed by the command to initiate the installation software.

Usually :
(if you CD drive letter is "D")

d:\setup
or
d:\install
or
d:\autorun

You usually don't have to enter anything. If you click the browse button and navigate to the D drive, you should be able to find the setup.exe. When you find it, select it then back at the run window, click the 'Run' button.
There may be an autorun.inf file in that folder. If you open that using Notepad, you will see the exact name of the file you should select.
