You asked this question an hour ago, and you should have been at the ER in less than half of that. It could be very serious and I am talking life-threatening. It also could just be a migraine, but do not take any chances. Get to an ER now!!! Best of luck to you! I will be praying for you!

You should see a doctor.

1. It could be a stroke.
2. Most likely it could be a migraine.
Migraines usually affect eyesight. I have migraines every once in a while....it starts with an "aura" a few hours before the pain really starts...it is just a "feeling"...that lets you know that a migraine is coming.

Then the pain gets bad, and I vomit, then I sleep for about 16 hours.

If you think you might be experiencing a migraine, take a close look at what you ate within the day before the migraine started.

Do you drink coffee, cola, or anything with caffeine? Do your migraines start on days when you haven't had your daily dose of caffiene?
My migraines often happen after I have been crying or eaten a large amount of chocolate.

3. Your stiff neck/headache could be a muscle tension headache.

4. You could have meningitis. If your back begins to feel stiff as well, get yourself to a doctor. Bacterial meningitis can kill you in HOURS. (Viral meningitis still needs medical attention but won't kill)

Good luck.

Call your doctor right away. It could be very serious. The stiff neck is the concerning part.
Something not so serious would be a migraine. Is the pain only on one side of your head? Do you have sensitivity to light and sound?
When I get a migraine my vision is effected, I can't stand noises, light makes it hurt more, and then I throw up every 15 min.

I see several possibilities: 1. Muscle tensions in the neck often give headaches so it might be that you are suffering from. If that's the case then you should have fysiotherapy. 2. Also there is another possibility as you may have some kind of migraine since your eyes are affected and you are sick to your stomach. 3. It may even be epilepsy. 4. It could all be explained by stress.

Do you think it is the other way around and your bad vision is causing you headaches? If this is the case go to an optometrist. Otherwise, if the headaches are a reoccuring than you might have a migraine. I'm not a doctor so you need to decide if it is time to see your physician about this problem.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

I'd go to the doctor for sure. It could be a migraine. They cause vision impairments and nausea. Try some naproxen or some liquid advil. Take a lonngg nap and get to the doctor.

You may not need medical treatment, but a vacation, a massage or even just a hot bath and a relaxing weekend. I know it's sounds crazy, but stress can cause all of your symptoms. Take a look at your life and see what may be stressing you. For the short term, I like Advil. That will only relieve the symptoms not the cause.

This could be migraines or cluster headaches. If you have them often, I would see a doctor just to make sure nothing is going on. Most migraines are actually caused by food allergies/stress.
