You don't. Sibling rivalry is "normal" show them the door to the back yard and tell them not to bother you unless there is profuse blood shed with arteries exposed or exposed broken bones.

Spank their little hiney's and put them on time out for talking mean to eachother, or being bossy, or causing fights.
They're siblings, they love eachother, and they act like it or get in trouble.
We dont tolerate fighting. They can talk things through and have patience.
The older needs to realize that the twins are still babies, they want to be and do everything he is, but their interest will fade in a few minutes. You also need to step in from time to time and make sure the older child has a few minutes of space during the day.

i only have one kid, but i can tell u what i do when i babysit others here at home...
my rule is, if you don't share, u don't get the toy...no matter who it is...if after i take the toy away, that kid tries to pick a fight, not only do they not get any toys, they get a time-out...
the main thing to do is to distract them with another toy...make them think that toy is better...another thing u could do is if they get too rowdy, separate them all...it doesn't hurt them to be by themselves...it actually helps to stimulate their imagination...
u could separate the toys according to rooms...the living room could have only toys in which a group is involved...toys where they must play together or it doesn't work (like giant legos)...keep the individual toys separated to their rooms for when they play by themselves...
sit down with them in the everyone room and play with them...show them how much fun it can be to play together...that way, u're spending time with them, they learn to play together and that it can be fun...then when u need to go do something else, separate them and have them go to different rooms to play...you'll see that after a while, they're going to miss playing with each other...
