I always reach for a glass of water first. If, after 5-10 minutes I'm still hungry I go for something with fiber in it. Multi-grain fig newtons usually do the trick.

Before I read your explanation it was going to be water since we are mostly made up of water...
So bananas, grapes, Ritz Crackers, soda...a little bit of "She" is fun...LOL Don't take that the wrong way...just messing with you..you know how I get on Fridays..LOL
