I am a female who is an inch shorter than 5 feet. But I have really long arms. My boy friend is 5'9 average. I think his arms might be short. At least one is shorter than the other. But I love him very much and it doesn't bother me. But I get hurt and upset when he tells me that I am short. Do I ignore him?

why do u get mad in the first place? whats wrong with being short!!! im 4'10 and i dont get mad when my bf tells me im short!! They're just being sweet.....so dont get mad....get happy cuz he knows what hes got!!

Ok so i am 5'1" and i can totally understand your "frustration". My last boyfriend was 6'3" . ( I know that's like crazy in difference). He would always make comments about my height and i would think "is that why you like me?. Because i am small, is that the only reason you like me?" So, i realized he is complementing me, and he thought i was cute and sexy. And so, the short comments are just a way of playing with you and don't let it make you self-conscious about the way you are. He's with you because he likes you the way you are. And if it bothers you, ask him why he does it all the time. Don't be afraid to talk to your man. Communication is key in a relationship and if it is hard for you to talk then i don't think that the short comments are your big problem. Good Luck. And remember... we are short but we still can beat some ***!

He tells you cause he thinks its cute when a short person gets mad. I bet you pout and stomp your feet when he says it.
Next time he says your short say
1. ya think?
2. your tall, I can see the booger in your nose

Tell him that it upsets you. The person who says he loves you will not continuing things that hurt you. If he does not stop you may need to leave thim. Just nip it in the bud.

Just ignore him . My last monster so-called boyfriend called me an oompa loompa ! Great huh ! I had him put to sleep !

well what are you gonna do about it, tell him you dont like it. i mean you cant hide the fact that you are short. So find something to say to piss him off. that always works
