Im doing the weekend diet, so as long as i stick to a few rules, i get to splurge at weekends. Im not so much dieting as trying to give up my food addiction......I quit smoking six months ago and replaced the cigs with food, I comfort eat like a mo-fo. But i dont give up, thats why i never dieted before, knew it wasnt the right time.

Ye i will keep it up, im on a diet too, think i hate about it is when your clothes are a big bigger for you but you just carn't fit into a smaller size!!!!! Thats me now so i feel really scruffy at the mo, but it will pass, i have been here before, i have pizza every friday night, no harm in a treat once a week, and i still loose a kilo a week:)

Congratulations! But, take it from someone who has done too much dieting in her life and not to be a downer on this, let's just call it a realist; the first week is the easiest and most productive as far as weight loss. The second week isn't too bad either, but it gets harder and harder and more depressing the longer you need to do it, so just remember this when you're ready to give up and stick with it!

Well done i too gave up smoking and replaced it with food but i have lost weight and have now stopped smoking for 4 years this new years eve. Well done they are the best things you could do for your health keep up the good work.
