Usually they are known as hospitality graduate. They will look for careers under hospitality or carry on into mnagement post graduate studies. Management courses are often open to those already working in the field.
It is best to come up from the ranks to land a plum managerial job in the hospitality industry because it is your resume' that gets the attention, not your academic credentials.
