I'm such a sweaty person.. It really bothers me, and I'm sick of it, because im a hygenic person and I love being fresh and smelling clean.. I always wear deodorant or anti-perspirant, but it just doesnt work most of the time, I still get ugly sweat patches on my arm pits.. what can i do to remedy that???

Talk to a dermatologist about botox injections to control sweating.

I went through a spell of this. The antiperspirant "Certain Dry" was a life saver for under arm sweat. It is rather hard to find so call your local pharmacys, that is where I found it.

you should stop eating foods containing a lot of calories because
it is the burning of calories that makes you sweat. and then always wear singlets anytime your going out .but then do not forget to wear deodorants or anti-perspirant

Try changing brands of antiperspirant. The 24-hour ones work well for me. And make sure it is an antiperspirant, as deodorant sticks just mask the odor.

Stop using these chemicals.
There might be a reaction to them.
My experience.
Freshen up more often with just water instead.
Wear less clothing.
Sweat means your body is trying to cool itself.
Whatever excites you makes you sweat.
