for the last 2 months or so Ive been dealing with twitching in the face, sometimes the eyelid, sometimes the chin and recently my eye brow, Ive also have had an increase in my headaches, almost daily (i originally thought allergies now Im not so sure). Im wondering if anyone else has this happen to them and if they reached the point of seeing a doctor and what the prognosis was. Ive researched a little online and see MS symptoms do link to this, but I dont want to worry about that unless I have to. Any thoughts?

There could be lots of things going on. Sounds to me like just a nerve being pinched - maybe your neck has tensed up and the muscles put pressure on a nerve and also cause headaches. Could be anything. There is something called trigeminal neuralgia that operates similar to this. I don't think that's what you have, but learning about how it works may help you see your symptoms differently and help you know what to tell your doc. I would definitely get it checked out (probably do an MRI), but there are all kinds of everyday things that could cause symptoms like this.

If it's been 2 months and is getting worse, then you do need to see the doctor. Don't get ahead of yourself and self-diagnose MS. There are a lot of reasons you could have this. Stress for sure. And the more you worry about this, the more stressed you get and the worse the twitching and headaches will get. Put your mind at ease and see your doctor ASAP.

Facial twitching is definitely linked to stress and so is headaches. Maybe you should take a weekend off to relax and if the problem persists after or during that time maybe you should see a doctor.

Stress is a major factor in it Bright lights that hurt your eyes can cause it too I know when I get headaches its from stress Migrains commonly run in the family and a worse than headaches so i think its part of trauma, my mother had lots of migrains after she was abused so I believe its that.

I'm a nurse. You should see your doctor. This could be very serious. There are many different reasons for this to be happening to you. Schedule an appointment.
