You can't, but maybe you should rethink having a relationship with a heathen. It's your choice, but think of all the conflicts you will have over the years ... raising children with a concept of God, how to celebrate, Christmas and Easter. Without God, how are your morality boundaries set? You have more problems than just worrying whether he'll show up for church on Sunday morning.

That will greatly depend on his reasons for being an atheist. If god pissed him off so he decided to denounce his faith, you probably have a chance. Most atheists are going to know more about your religion than you do because they have approached it from a both side type perspective. You may want to consider how it will affect your future as far as kids. Science, education and the growing masses of doubters are certainly against religious groups. Him being atheist, you have almost no chance your kids will carry on the faith. I encourage you to check out evilbible.com.

Live and act like God is real. Words won't do it or he'd already believe by now. How you act and how you live, particularly with him since he doesn't believe, will be the way to convince him if he is to be convinced.

You can't convince someone if God is real, they have to believe in their hearts. They have to see God in themselves.
