You cannot raise your IQ, you can only make the best of what you have by educating yourself to the best of your ability, through reading, applying yourself in school, be it elementary, intermediate, high school or college. Do word, number and logic puzzles for entertainment, that will help you keep your mind nimble. All this may reflect in your IQ score, but it will only show what you always had, but weren't developing.

I'm not really sure how to raise it, but I will say that reading definitely can't hurt. I'm a Mensa member, and the IQ test for entrance does not include stuff you really learn in school. It's more logic and reason, but there are lots of questions that I answered correctly because of my large vocabulary, which came from reading a lot.

Exercise and practice.
There's a card game called "SET" that can help you with your quick pattern recognition.
You should improve your vocabulary, and math skills. Buy an SAT prep book, and work through it.
Buy a Mensa puzzle book!

try practising to look/think of other solutions to 1 problem/challenges even though you already got the answer, it takes more of your time but trust me it works.
p/s : i learned it through the hard way in which i was pressurized by my boss everyday to think of something new to the same question
