I'm gonna assume you asked how much caffeine CAN you have? Well, the stuff is not good for you, but it is a naturally occuring compund that CAN be used for good. ie, the liver can quickly manage energy from caffeine giving you a burst of energy. Plus, it is a natural dieuretic (makes you pee). On the naegative side.. it can be addicting, it has been known to cause headaches, muscle cramps, as well as the most dangerous effect: increasing your blood pressure!! As I said it is a natural thing found in most teas and cofees. I'd stay away from the articifial stuff such as found in cokes. Everything in moderation and you should be fine.

Depends. I can not have any caffeine because it irritates a nervous heart and causes PVC's or heart murmur. My cardiologist took me off caffeine and cleared up a serious heart murmur without medication.
