previously i used to take 3-4 for a week but from past 6 months the situation is worst i take minimum 2 a day , i would like to have another option for this

your ailment must be pretty severe to take it since you were 3.
for another option - i'm sure u need to see ur dr. - i think you would have slight withdraw symptoms from taking it so long.
i read that is comparable to the US's "Excedrin" - that has caffeine in it.
