Scotch or Gin

I'm not positive, but I do know that hard alcohol has tonnssss of calories compared to how much liquid you're putting in your body, plus most people mix them with a sweet juice or soda, so those usually are the most fattening/calorie filled. As for "girlie" drinks like mike's or all those other sweet candy-like tasting drinks those have tons of calaries too. So that leaves beer, which also has a fair amount of calories, but light beers aren't as bad as some of the other drinks i've mentioned. And as far as I know, Amstel light has the least amount of calories of any beer. If I'm wrong though, then I am positive it's way way down there on the list, so it's probably you're best bet if you're trying to watch you're weight.

People are under the misconception that the actual calories in the alcoholic drink is the only factor. The alcohol itself is the fattening ingredient that not only adds dirct calories, but it changes the way your liver matabolizes fat in the other things you eat. Alcohol is a LOT more fattening than it's direct calories. Just don't drink alcohol and get a diet coke instead. You'll stay skinny AND smart.

WIne is the healthiest and least fattening. Try Paul Masson's light Chardonnay with only 50 calories per serving and 7.5% alcohol.

It depends on what you're trying to do. If you want to get wasted on the fewest number of calories, you'll probably do best to look for beverages where nearly all of the calories come from the alcohol (like hard liquors).

Technically, there isn't any fat in alcoholic beverages, for an average list of calories, fat and carbs, see the link below, or check the specific "brewers" website.

Included in the link is also the contents for popular mixers (juices and such).

Like the above poster said. Vodka and tonic with a splash of Lime juice. However, I take it down a notch and use DIET tonic water...

I also like to use Gin instead of Vodka sometimes. This drink is nice and refreshing and doesn't make you feel bloated.

Hard liquers are about the same, but its the mixer that will get you. rum diet coke with a lime is pretty good, miller light low calorie count and all the other low carb beers. Diet sprite and a whiskey is nummy too.
